1. Where We Ship:

We sell and ship products worldwide. We deliver to over 100 countries including the United States, all European countries, Australia, and more

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 working days. If you place an order after 5PM  we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes: ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FROM MOROCCO WITH COURIER 

  • Morocco & North Africa: 3 to 5 working days
  • Europe & UK: 7 to 12 working days
  • USA & Canada: 7 to 10 working days
  • Australia & Asia: 10 to 15 working days
  • Rest of the World: 12 to 20 working days

4. Shipping Costs:

  • FREE worldwide shipping on all orders
  • We cover the shipping cost for all our customers, no matter where they are.

 

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
